• A - Building door (from inside you can also use the pushbutton on the left wall)
• B - Apartment door - main lock
• C - Apartment door - door open lock
• D - Garage
• E - Street recycling bins

At check-out please leave the keys in the same place, close the door, and send us a message

Turist tax

In Perugia a tourist tax is due by tourists for each night spent in hosting structures. The tax is payed directly to the host who in turn will pay the amount to the city administration.

• Since the 1st of April 2026 the tax is set at 1,5€ per person per night
• Boys and girls under 14 years old are exempt
• Relatives of hospitalized persons (max 2 persons) are exempt
• The tax is due for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
